These moorings, outside the Shropshire Paddlesport Canoe and Kayak Club, are perfect for the Queens Head pub which has a restaurant offering a very appetising menu.
Although the car park was jammed when we arrived, just after 5 pm it was “just after” the kitchen closed.
The mooring was very close to the road so potentially noisy particularly when the pub closed but the night we spent there was quiet and peaceful.
The mooring was on rings.
